Melissa Harvey is a professional biomedical illustrator and graphic designer. With a fine arts background and experience drawing and designing for various hospital systems, she captures new scientific information and turns it into intriguing visual stories.

Harvey hold’s a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Illustration from the Cleveland Institute of Art and is currently pursuing her Certification in Medical Illustration. Her professional experience includes medical illustration at both the Louis Stokes VA Hospital and MetroHealth Systems in Cleveland, Ohio. Harvey has branded and designed for many other companies including P17 solutions in Washington D.C. Her work has been featured in multiple exhibitions, including “Museum Maker’s” at the National Gallery of Art, "Silent Fields" at Kaiser Gallery, and "SIE" at the Reinberger Gallery.
